    Heuristic rules spot ransomware-like writes
    In-guest telemetry streams write-rate, entropy, and file-type churn to a static-rule engine. A burst of encrypted writes against production data crosses the threshold before the human notices.

  2. Step 2 · Verify
    ML anomaly score confirms it is ransomware, not a backup job
    Each candidate is scored against a baseline learned on your own workloads. The status dashboard surfaces a per-target anomaly score so the operator never has to second-guess a rule trip.

  3. Step 3 · Auto-heal
    Mount the immutable WORM snapshot. You are done.
    An M-of-N quorum of distinct approver kinds signs off; the orchestrator restores the workload from the last clean WORM snapshot in seconds. The RestoreLog row records every transition for audit.
